Account Management

OSHA Website Click “Reset Password,” then enter your Login ID, then click “Send Temporary Password.” A temporary password will be emailed to you along with instructions on how to reset your password. If you forgot your Login ID, click “Forgot Login ID” and enter your email address on file. LBA University Website Click “Lost Your Password”on the Login form. Proceed to enter your email address or username, then click “Reset password.” You will immediately receive an email asking you to create a new password. NOTE: If the email is no longer active or not on file, you do not remember the email used for your account, or you do not receive a recovery email, please contact us at 252-317-2125 or info@lbauniversity.org.

  • OSHA Website
    • Log into your account.
    • Click “Change Password” located at the top right of your dashboard under “Profile.
    • Enter your password and click “Change Password.
  • LBA University Website
    • Log into your account.
    • Go to “My Account.”
    • Enter your current password, a new passwordconfirm the new password and click “Save changes.”
  • LBA University Website
    • Log into your account.
    • Go to “My Account.”
    • Enter your new email address.
    • Click the blue “Save changes” button at the bottom.

Certificates

  • Before starting any training, it is important to double check your first name, last name, and email address under “My Account” to verify your information is correct.
  • OSHA: If you receive your DOL card with your name spelled incorrectly, there is a $25 replacement fee. Please verify your name is spelled correctly before completing your course.
  • Each LBA University certificate is equipped with a unique QR code and certificate number.
  • Enter a certificate number in the “VERIFY A CERTIFICATE” search bar on the home page. If a valid certificate is in our system, the result will populate.
  • You can also scan the QR code on the certificate using your phone’s camera.

Course Help

  • Due to regulations, OSHA courses cannot be fulfilled by you or your organization once purchased.
  • LBA University’s Site Administrator must fulfill your order and manually place you and/or your employee(s) in the course(s).
  • Please wait for an email from LBA University confirming you and/or your employees have been registered in the OSHA 10 & 30 Hour courses (usually within a 1-2 hours).

Each course can be completed in less than 2 hours, while OSHA 10 & 30 Hour courses take 7.5 hours per day to complete.

The First Aid, CPR & AED course is a refresher course and meet the hands-on portion for certification similar to those from the American Red Cross.

Rigging Safety is an awareness training and is separate from Competent Rigger training. This course does NOT provide the hands-on portion which is required to meet the ANSI 10.48 standards. It is recommended that employers include the practical application for their employees.

  • Yes, but only if the previous employee did not start the purchased course(s).
  • If you are a Group Leader, go to your “My Groups,” click on the group where the employee is located, then click the “Remove” button next to the employee you want to remove.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from LBA University’s Site Administrator stating that your removal request is approved or denied.
  • Your request may be denied if the employee has started their training.

General

All courses are immediately available except for the following:

  • OSHA 10 Construction & General (English / Spanish).
  • OSHA 30 Construction & General (English).
  • Please wait for an email from LBA University confirming you and/or your employees have been registered in the OSHA 10 & 30 Hour courses (usually within a 1-2 hours).
  • Courses are available 24/7.
  • Customer support is available 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.

  • All refund requests for a training course are subject to a 15% service charge. Alternatively, a course may be held as a credit for a future user. Contact us at 252-317-2125 or info@lbauniversity.org for assistance.
  • Once a course is started (i.e., a session is “in progress,” “completed,” or you clicked the “launch course” button), LBAU cannot refund the credit or swap that course for another course.

Absolutely! To request a free wallet card, simply send a request to us at info@lbauniversity.org.

OSHA 10 & 30 Hour

  • Due to regulations, OSHA courses cannot be fulfilled by you or your organization once purchased.
  • LBA University’s Site Administrator must fulfill your order and manually place you and/or your employee(s) in the course(s).
  • Please wait for an email from LBA University confirming you and/or your employees have been registered in the OSHA 10 & 30 Hour courses (usually within a 1-2 hours).
  • You must first successfully complete the Final Exam and the End of Course Survey upon completion of the OSHA 10 or 30 Hour course.
  • Upon successful completion of the OSHA 10 or 30 Hour course, you will receive the DOL card within 90 days. You are authorized to print and use the course certificate until the DOL card arrives.
    • Note: not allowed in the State of New York.
  • All courses give you 3 chances to pass each quiz and the Final Exam.
  • If you failed a quiz for the OSHA 10 or 30 Hour course, please follow these steps:
  • Log into your account and click on the quiz that you failed. A pop-up box will appear where you need to submit a ticket.
  • Once you submit that ticket, OSHA will send you an email confirming the ticket was received (be sure to check your Spam folder).
  • Typically within one day, OSHA will send you a second email providing you with instructions and two choices in order to unlock the training. Call the phone number listed in the email and then choose the following options:
    • (1) Get your last lesson re-set for one day with one chance to pass it.
    • (2) Take a verbal quiz over the phone with an OSHA-authorized trainer.

Payments

  • LBA University accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Paypal.
  • LBA University does not issue payment terms to any party.

A receipt will be emailed to you immediately following payment. If you do not receive your receipt, you can find it under My Account > Orders.
