Refunds and Course Credits

At LBA University, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless training experience. Please review the following updated policy regarding course purchases:

No Cash Refunds:

Due to the nature of our training products, credit card refunds are not available once a purchase has been completed.

Flexible Course Credit Options:

If eligible, you may request a course credit to:

  • Retain the course seat for a future user.
  • Swap the course for another of equal or higher value (additional payment required for higher-value courses).
  • Receive a gift certificate for the purchase amount, valid for up to one year from the order date

Eligibility for Course Credits:

Course credits are available only if:

  • The course has been launched

  • The course is in progress

  • The course is marked as completed

Course Access & Completion Deadlines

  • OSHA Courses: Once assigned, learners have 180 days to complete the course before the license expires, in compliance with OSHA requirements.

  • All Other LBA University Courses: Learners have 90 days from the assignment date to complete the course before the license expires.

Exclusions:

Course credits are not available for the following:

  • OSHA 10 and 30 courses that are assigned, started, in progress, or completed.

How to Request a Course Credit:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@lbauniversity.org or call 800-522-4464 with your course details.
  2. Provide Information: Include the following in your request:
  • Your full name
  • Order ID
  • Course name(s)
  • Reason for the course credit request
  1. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
  2. Course Credit Issuance: If your request is approved, course credits will be applied to your account or issued as requested. If you opt for a gift certificate, please note the following:
    Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reloadable. They carry no cash value and may only be applied toward eligible LBA University course purchases. A new certificate number will be issued for any future cancellations.
