If I was charged incorrectly, what should I do?

You can submit a ticket to us by going to My Account > Orders > Click Get Help next to the order you are having issues with. Or you can contact us at 252-317-2125 or info@lbauniversity.org for assistance.

What forms of payment can I use?

LBA University accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Paypal. LBA University does not issue payment terms to any party.

If an employee is no longer with the company and did not complete his / her training, can I place another employee in his / her slot?

Yes, but only if the previous employee did not start the purchased course(s). If you are a Group Leader, go to your “My Groups,” click on the group where the employee is located, then click the “Remove” button next to the employee you want to remove.
