If an employee is no longer with the company and did not complete his / her training, can I place another employee in his / her slot?

  • Yes, but only if the previous employee did not start the purchased course(s).
  • If you are a Group Leader, go to your “My Groups,” click on the group where the employee is located, then click the “Remove” button next to the employee you want to remove.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from LBA University’s Site Administrator stating that your removal request is approved or denied.
  • Your request may be denied if the employee has started their training.
